Welcome to our Childcare Volunteer Program in Jaipur, India, where we provide an opportunity for international volunteers to work with children and make a positive impact on their lives. Currently, we have 02 volunteer accommodations and both of them are duly registered with the Department of Tourism for foreign tourist stays. The first Volunteer accommodation has four bedrooms, each furnished with single beds and comfortable bedding to provide a restful sleep for 11 participants at a time. The bedrooms are spacious, and well-lit, and offer a peaceful atmosphere for volunteers to unwind after a long day of work. The second volunteer house is a 4-bedroom apartment with bunk beds in one room and 02 single beds in another room with an Indian host family, close to the first accommodation. Amenities in the accommodation are as follows:

We have designed the accommodation as a ‘Home away from home’ for the volunteers and have thought about comfort, safety, and relaxation in their leisure time. We also have kept some rules and regulations for all the participants to follow to make their experience much better.

Services not included: Flights to India, Visa, Vaccinations, Insurance, Daily local transportation to the project, and all other personal expenses and weekend trips.

Eligibility for applying as a volunteer traveler

1. Minimum age

The minimum age to apply for a volunteer project is 18 years.

2. Minor Participants (If you are below 18 years)

In case you are a minor and would like to create an impact on the global communities, we need to receive a "No Objection Certificate" signed by your parents. (Please send the NOC through an email after submitting the application form, in case you are a minor.) Click here to Download NOC

3. Guarantee of Participation

Submitting an application form does not guarantee your selection and participation in the project.

4. Program fee

The volunteer programs attract a participation fee that is called as "Program fee". The program fee covers the following services to the volunteer to make the trip more comfortable, meaningful, and reliable.

Costs of organizing the trip: There are costs associated with organizing and coordinating a volunteer trip, including arranging accommodations, transportation, and meals. These costs may be passed on to volunteers in the form of a fee.

Support and resources: Volunteers may receive support and resources from the organization hosting the volunteer trip, such as training, orientation, and access to local staff. These resources may require additional funding that is covered by the fee.

Sustainability and impact: Many volunteer organizations work towards long-term sustainable development goals and have a lasting impact on the communities they serve. To ensure that the organization's efforts are sustainable and impactful, funds may be required to support ongoing initiatives.

Local community benefits: The fee may be used to directly benefit the local community where volunteers are serving. This can include funding for community development projects, supporting local businesses, and hiring local staff.

3. The volunteers have to follow the code of conduct in the destination country and projects.

4. The local team is responsible for the management of pick-ups, housing, weekend excursions, safety, and well-being of the volunteers, we encourage the trust-building between the volunteers and the local management.

5. You will be working as a representative of your own country and we would highly appreciate it if you leave a very positive impact on the community you work with.
