Introduction
A marketer's job is to explain a company and its services or products to the general public. As a marketer, you should be able to explain the needs and interests of the target population, and then recommend changes in processes, customer service, and products. Some people choose to join a brand's in-house department, while others prefer to work on a portfolio of clients for an agency. But whatever marketing role you go for in the end, you can expect your job to give you a varied workday, a great work-life balance, good pay, and plenty of opportunities to be creative.

Here in this Internship, you will be interning in a Start-up or in a small firm where you will be working to achieve the organizational goals via establishing and implementing a proper marketing plan. You will be assisting directly to the Entrepreneur or the Marketing Manager. The job description is as follows;

Job Description Marketing:

Research and plan advertising campaigns

Decide which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online, and billboards

Negotiate contracts
-
Inspect creative elements and layouts
-
Organize market research studies and analyze their findings
-
Develop pricing strategies for products to be marketed, keeping the client's budget balanced with the firm's needs

Meet with clients to present campaigns and offer advice and strategies

Oversee staff and ensure deadlines are met

Digital Marketing:

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Designs build and maintain our social media presence.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Plans execute, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.

Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.

Evaluate emerging technologies.

Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
