Are you passionate about healthcare and interested in learning about the Indian healthcare system?
The Slum Hospital and small clinics for the community in Jaipur offer a unique opportunity for international volunteers to make a meaningful impact and gain valuable experience in the field of healthcare.
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work with local healthcare professionals and assist in providing essential medical care to underserved communities. Your responsibilities may include assisting doctors and nurses with patient care, conducting health screenings and check-ups, providing health education and information to the community, and participating in outreach programs.
Working in a slum hospital and small clinics will expose you to a wide range of medical conditions and challenges that are unique to this setting. You will learn about the Indian healthcare system, its challenges and strengths, and gain valuable insights into how healthcare is delivered in a resource-limited setting.
