Aii Group Cancellation and Refunds Policy

At Aii Group, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your travel arrangements. This Cancellation and Refunds Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds to ensure transparency and fairness in these situations.


1. Cancellation Procedure

2. Cancellation Timeframes

Cancellation timelines and associated fees may vary depending on the type of program you've booked. Please refer to the specific program details for precise cancellation information. In general:

  • Volunteer & Internship Programs: Cancellation deadlines for volunteer programs may range from a few weeks to a few months before the program start date.

    • Cancellation before 30 days of the program starts, 100% refunds after the deduction of the applicable taxes GST, and transaction fee​

    • Cancellation before 20 days of the program starts, 75% refunds after the deduction of the applicable taxes GST, and transaction fee​

    • Cancellation before 10 days of the program starts, 50% refunds after the deduction of the applicable taxes GST, and transaction fee​

    • Cancellation before 03 days of the program starts, 25% refunds after the deduction of the applicable taxes GST, and transaction fee​

    • No refunds after that.​

  • Student Travel Programs: Student travel programs may have different cancellation timelines, so please refer to the program details for specifics.

 

3. Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are designed to cover the costs incurred by Aii Group in preparing for your program. These fees may vary based on the program type and timing of the cancellation. Specific cancellation fees will be outlined in your program details.

 

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund due to your cancellation, we will process the refund as follows:

  • The refund amount will be based on the cancellation fee structure outlined in your program details.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

  • Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Refund Exceptions

Certain situations may necessitate exceptions to the standard refund policy. These may include:

  • Cases of documented medical emergencies or force majeure events that prevent your participation. Please contact us with supporting documentation in such cases.

  • Refund policies for any additional services or add-ons (e.g., travel insurance) may differ, so consult the respective policies.

 

6. Program Modifications

In some instances, it may be possible to modify your program dates or details rather than cancel. Please reach out to our customer support team to discuss potential modifications.
